So on November 16 I noticed some charges on my card and I called rush card, the rep Jose never closed my card and whoever had my card kept using it and I had to call 2 more times to make sure my card gets closed.Then I field the dispute for charges over $900.00 and the said there was no error, then I did a rebuttal letter and had my employer travel department submitted my ticket itenary and my badge can even camera footage showing I was in Las vegas and my card was being used in Kentucky and as of this say I still not have my money as the are saying still No error.

I requested all documents used for the determination and they still haven't give it to me so now I am filing a lawsuit and they are being summons to get my all documents used to make the determination.TO all out in the world DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH RUSH CARD> The entire call center Is trained to lie to you and steal your money.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $940.
