RushCard - Unsatisfied customer
My name is lashonnae melton and I have been a customer with you guys since 2010 I had a transaction from the company named Jake for 10:53 they have removed the money from my car and then had put the money back on my card I was told because I had a negative balance that I cannot retrieve that $10.53 this credit card is not no credit limit or anything the only available money on my card is whatever I put on it or whatever is direct deposit so if a company took some money off my card and then put the money back on my card I should get my money back because I can only spend what I have so shouldn't what I have be returned to me if the company give it back to me this is very unfortunate and said I've never had this happen with you guys but I've also noticed that you guys always those sweet States and everything else and I've never won anything and I've been with but I've also noticed that you guys always those sweet States and giveaways for the holidays and I've been with you for 8 years now and I've never won anything that is neither here or there I would like my money returned to me please it was not yours to take thank you and have a good day I am close to pictures of those transactions and the negative purchases is the money that was taken the positive and it turns green when I have money available to me

I have plenty to say. I am so mad at rush card.
First I have moved and tried to change my address but can't and I need to because the zip code. They won't change it over the phone because they say I have to do it on line and I can't.
