Yes this is cheyna Peck I am a RushCard customer and I'm pissed off because you guys are stealing my money and not putting it on my card so I can use it gave me back $11.81 that you guys still for me I never saw it on my card until I went in to look at my transactions I've done card to card transactions to my sisters and to my own card as low as a dollar and as high as $150 I have never seen a cent of it I can't get ahold of your customer service to speak to a human to fix this problem so I'm coming directly to you to deal with this problem and if you don't I will go to the attorneys that sued you the first time and the BBB and I will get this settled one way or another. Everything that's highlighted in green on both of my cards ending in 3980 and 2059 I want that money deposited back onto my cards with no questions asked or I will report you guys and you will not like the outcome that will happen to you again because I will make sure that the attorney that sued you the first time we'll see you again so please fix this problem and do not give me an excuse and tell me to call your automated phone services and you have updated your services because it does not work if I can't speak to a human I can't fix the problem or let you guys know so you can fix the problem I don't get paid to do your job thank you.
