I never get this card or accout number so they just take money from and they dont have any information on who take money from the accout

I have yet to receive my direct deposit from my employer 2 days before the actual pay date. Why? This is because of what. Pay roll is sent in accordance with my employer. So why am I being told by Rush I will receive my pay 2 days before. I used to use the card some time back and I really did receive my employer paid two days before, now that I am back I never have. There is a block on my card and I can't get my money nor can I talk to anyone. This is crazy I was on hold for 3dsmn hours then the phone hung up
