I never got my 50 dollars for getting a rushcard or setting up Direct deposit

Rush Card is absolutely 100% the worse company I've ever dealt with!! It's almost impossible to get a live person on the phone and now I know why, they don't know how to actually resolve issues so they make it hard to get them on the line so they don't have to try and resolve your issued. This is the second month straight that they post my direct deposit then I check to see is my money is there was there then I recheck later in its not there what the f give me my money dammit

They SUCK. my direct deposit should have been in on may 20th. They lie, they BS you, they put you on hold constantly and most times never come back. When i get my SSA any time now, l will be closing my account. Nothing sets them aside from other banks anymore since they stopped giving our direct deposits early..

Rush card sucks. Getting a hold of corporate office impossible. Not to mention they steal your money. Straight off rip offs.

I have a rush card, and I dont like, when I purchase something, I always get an email and its more than what a I spent, when I call to check I usually get a rep who is hard to understand what he/she is saying, only one time i talked to clear speaking knowledgable rep. Yes I've been with Rushcard for almost 6 years I've had bad experience with them I'm a senior in a wheelchair and handicap I have a bad heart and anxiety attacks this company has made me go to the hospital Southwest refunded me back $95 and taking my report and keep lying and saying that my money will be on there the next day I am 12 different people that are employed there is customer service and 6 would dispute + 12 + supervisors all of them... This review is from Ronald Williams, it is pretty low when rush card can rip you off for $24.00 and know they are wrong, are they that desperate???
