I had (am having) a similar experience with RushCard. Been with them since 2012.

They are in the Philippines. They give zero *** & it’s impossible to deal with them. They argued with me. Tried to explain the unexplainable.

So far I’m out over $700!!!!!!! Fraudulent charges of a Apple store in Pittsburgh. The hitch is the card number the charge was made under was the first card I ever had with them. Here it is years & 5 cards later, someone was able to go into my direct deposit account and make a transaction.

It’s the craziest thing & they just have explanations & excuses. Never responsible. It’s my fault. I’m done with them after this gets straightened out.
