About a week ago I realized there was a bunch of fraudulent charged on my card so i called rushcard and started a dispute. I signed and faxed back the paperwork in hours.

Alot of the transactions were still in pending so the lady gave me the number to the merchant so I could speak with them and see if they would refund the charges. Well I did that and the merchant actually refunded $755 into my account. However, in the two days it took to do all this rushcard closed my account and now I can't get the funds from the account.

My card is still showing a 0 balance even though I have over $700 in my account. I can't buy my kids christmas what do i do?

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $755.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I am having problems my paycheck has not been deposit on my account'' I talk to 3 supervisors and nothing. Like they dont care.

My employer mail my pay check stub.

Stating its been deposit. I really believe they are crooks.

I wish I could help you today at this moment but I can give you advice to lose the Rushcard and get an American Express Serve Card. Their customer service is excellent and available 24/7.

Free to load free to use with no monthly fees. I have read so many complaints about this card and I can tell you that the problem you are having will not be cleared up anytime soon.
