So frustrated right now. I'm currently waiting for my tax refund that is supposed to be credited to my account on the 23rd of February.

RushCard tells you that there is a two-day early deposit.

But as of now February 22nd I still have not seen any deposit nor pending deposit. Hate to call the number because no one ever picks up and when they do you cannot understand anything that they're saying and then rushing you're off the call

Did it ever occur to you that maybe this would have never happened should you have opened a real bank account? I'm guessing you have done some very scrupulous things if you can't get a real bank account from an accredited bank.

Has it ever occurred to you that maybe some people don't want the hassle of a legitimate banking account? There is also complaints of people having the same issues at banks.

By the way these cards are issued through...wait for it...BANKS! The only type of person that would sit there and be a complete *** to someone you don't know is obviously someone that is alone and staying that way.

I'm getting the run around same as you guys. This is horrible.

When I talked to a corporate rep. I was told that my money wasn't there. Irs2go clearly stated that it was sent to my bank. Which is Metabanking of course.

They said they hadn't received it yet and they would let me know when they did. Yeah right.

They said loading times were 7:30 a.m 12 p.m 4:30 p.m and 10:30 which is contradicting the times in the comment above. Just a mess

I have had RushCard for two years ,for the past two years it seemed like I've never had any problems until now. I supposed to receive my refund on the 23rd the IRS said the check was deposited to this account and I called every day now it is 24th and there's no money I have spoken to several dummies that work for this company and they keep asking information that I place two years ago which by the way most people don't remember.the problem I have ,is that if they have your social security card number and your birthday they should be able to bypass the system and tell you what's going on with your account, but they keep asking the same questions that I just don't remember.

they're not really trying to help you knowing that is tax time this should be no reason why checks aren't being released Russell Simmons really needs to handle this problem ASAP I suggest everyone who's having these problems with this RushCard call the IRS ,explain to them that RushCard is attached to a scam cancel all checks and release another one to either other bank accounts or paper checks. I hate the fact that everyone is going through this *** situation, times r hard enough and extra stress just don't shouldn't be.

Russell Simmons have enough money to handle all problems. as far as my family and RushCard I will never ever ever ever ever used Rush card or recommend Rush card to anyone that I know and if they do get a RushCard I will let them know to remove all monies because there will be times you won't get to see your money because the people on the other end aren't trying to help you get your money.

rushcard can hold your tax refund for 72 hours from the direct deposit given by the irs. Which is *** and they only process direct deposits from 8-5 unless the direct deposit is a scheduled one such as payroll, SSI, etc.

Same here also. Called metabank deposit has been made however I still have a $0 balance. I have been on hold for 30 mins waiting to speak to a rep.

To call them and speak with someone after you put your social in listen to the menu twice and then you will hear a pause and it will say press 0 to speak with someone . BUT it's a waste of time because they can't tell you anything they are a joke . Last night the guy told me he saw it was Going to be deposit today and then when I called this morning the woman said she didn't see anything I will never use rush card again

Now rushcard is saying that there do not do early deposit on tax returns. It is only for payroll.

Now which one is it??? This has to be the worst experience every.

This company is *** I don't recommend anyone to every use this company ever.... Sincerely pissed off customer.

Mine was supposed to be deposited today and still nothing!! I mistakingly forgot to change my deposit info!! Ughhh

what date did the irs DDD and when did rush card deposit and what time? My refund exceeds the 9,999.99 so they are requesting i send in more information to receive my refund and that will also take 2 additional days ughh
