Lost my wallet with my rush card in March 2015

call to see if i could get a replacement card they ask me all these dumb *** questions that had notthing to do wit the state that i live n so of course i failed tha survey , so they ask me to fax my ss card, I.D and my lease I fax all the informtion to rush card on 8/5/15 @18669317874. I called rush card on 8/7/15 to make sure they received my information they tell me that they haven't received my information tha fax went through it sd thay received it.just was on tha phone with Rush card for about an hr then they just hang up on me tried of the bs and tha run around want my card.next step i take rush card (Russell Simmons) will be hearin from my lawyer.
