I am writing this complaint on behalf of my 72 year old aunt , she has been an rushcard holder since 2010 , she recently lost her card , she called on the 7/28 / 15, she spoke with a customer service rep that told her they would cancel the card and for her to fax in a copy of ss card and proof of new address , and picture I d , after faxing the info in on the 30th she called on the 31st to make sure the info was received ,they told her she needed to send more info ...her government benefits are direct deposited and she has a balance of $ 17.63 on the lost card , why is it that she is having to jump thur hoops to get a replacement card? Supervisor name Vick was very rude to her I got on the phone and he tried to over talk me and I could not get my point thur to him .. Very unhappy 5 year cardholder....Renay Johnson
