I called in to rushcard on 11/1/15 at 11:06 pm central time zone, i was trying to chexk on the status of my request to have my $83.78 expressed cash the lady started talking about things that i wasnt even calling in about such as my replacement card which was by the way never mailed out.then she told me she couldnt help me had to transfer to another agent i was left on hold 2hours and 10mins nothing still got resolved. Rushcard Replacement Review

I've been waiting on a replacement card bc my card expired in July. Here it is august 4 and I have yet to receive a card. I've called many times and asked what's the hold up and they keep telling me it's on the way. After waiting a little more than 20 days, they tell me it'll take another 7 to 10 business days before I receive a replacement for my replacement.
