I am very disappointed with the service I've received from rushcard customer service. Their not answering the phone to answer questions I have regarding my direct deposit.

I am unable to feed my kids and put gas in my car for work.

No one seems to care what the customers are going through. I can't go to the store and show them a "I Apologize" note for gas or food so I don't want an apology, I just want my money I worked hard for.

This person wrote the review because of poor customer service of rushcard direct deposit from Rushcard. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Rushcard to read this review and look into the issue (if any).

The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
