Rushcard - Poor customer service

How can it be solved, if u only listen to machine n they can't talk back to you,,so tired of this, we need to speak to a person not a machine, someone can help us with issues,I have never experience this problem with any other card company, but Rush card they hang up on you without fixing the problem,,I'm doneBullshit

Rushcard - Delayed direct deposit

It seems like every two weeks I have to send a email about my pay not being deposited to my card it's very annoying when you have bills to pay the customer service is horrible you can never get a live person I'm seriously considering changing my direct deposit this needs to be fixed fast or your company will be losing a lost of customers and money!!
