Today is 1/8 and my payroll deposit was due on 1/5 and still NOTHING! My WHOLE PAYROLL check for rent, food, EVERYTHING depends on that check!!!!!!

YOU CAN NOT REACH CARD TO ASK ABOUT YOUR MONEY OR WHAT THE HOLD UP!!!! I am very NERVOUS RIGHT NOW!

Charges made to my card I didn't make

Today I checked my balance. And there's been $230 worth of charges to my card I didn't make. I wanna know when my money will be debited back to my card. I'm ver angry, and I'd like another card mailed to me as soon as this transaction is taken care of. Please Help.

Un authorized charges to my debit card

My debit card have been charged over $230 for Google Garena charges I didn't make. I can't talk to a real person when calling rush card. Also once my charges are debited back, I'd like another card.

Mobile Deposit

Can I do mobile deposits ? Im needing to know how do I go about doing mobile depositing do I need to give you guys a call do I need to do anything special I just need somebody to get back with me so that I can go about doing this or how do I go about doing it so that I can cash checks and I can go to my account please get back to me as soon as possible thank you and have a wonderful day!

User's recommendation: I don’t like the fact that you can not talk to a staff. I need help and I can not pick the phone up and say hey dose this work or no. I need help with knowing if we can do mobile depositing on my own or what? Please get back to me asap.

When i call my personal information is not registering

When i call the toll-free number it ask me for my social security number an last 4digit of my Rushcard, so when I give them the information it's not registering

Can't talk to a human

I need to change my email on my account old phone was stolen had to redo all personal information Rush card won't let me talk to a human to change info so I can't use mobile app to watch my money I can't even dispute a transaction

My card

I I replace a new Rush card on August 20th I want to know when I would be receive my Rush card I don't know it's been 7 business days but I've been checking my mail since the day I replace a new card I'm concerned about RushCard and how you guys don't even talk to people when it comes to replacement card or figure out or tracking their card I'm so pissed because at least you could do is call us if I can't get to you guys at least y'all could call us especially when it comes to the RushCard when I receive my RushCard today or tomorrow sometime this week I wish I could track my RushCard so I can be aware so I can know when it when it comes what im get *** off day *** come

User's recommendation: I'm just getting pissed off because I did not receive my Rush card and I wish I could track my RushCard so I can be aware when they I can have my card I wish you guys can lease can do if somebody replace a card you have to give them the day and what day what exactly would they begin to get that car because if we cannot speak to you all directly and we can't talk to y'all and it's a hard time speaking to you all at least you could do is fix the issue when it comes to a lie and make customers being weird when it comes to the RushCard. What day and they can at least track the car down because it's not right here. How we going through this cuz we don't know what's going on and people be sitting there waiting what's going on with the card.

At first, I thought your message was a banal and lame pile of run-on sentence garbage and then I understood it was a drinking game. Every time you said RushCard, we have to take a shot.

It's the only way anyone can get through this bilge.. You sound so stupid...

Card not working n I have money there

Not letting me Activate my cardAnd every time I put in my Social Security number they cant recognize it my unemployment money was just sitting here I need my money now
