RushCard - Pissed off
On wed 08/01 I called in bc there was an unauthorized transaction on my card I have been a member since 2004 with them and I was advised my card would be sent out and that a credit will be processed within 5-10 business days then I called back in today 08/07 only to be advised that the claim was never placed in everytime I call in I get mixed information and it inconvenience the customer then when u express the frustration they Dnt even care not to mention Iโm charged $5 to get a replacement card bc my information was was Used without my authorization not to mention I still had my card someone needs to contact me
