Not resolved

I received a replacement on my RushCard I even paid the $30 to get it back into business days but when I tried to activate it it was a situation they told me it will be for sure handle it by Monday so I called but then they told me it will be Tuesday I don't know if I'm getting the runaround or not but I really need to get this sandal as soon as possible it's very frustrating having money and you are not able to use it what was the point of spending a $30 and waiting 3 to 4 days to spend it it was the waste of the $30 and a waste of time I feel like I was cheated out of the money that I paid to get it here and quickly as it could I am a bit frustrated about this whole issue I hope it will be solved soon sincerely Jocelyn Paul thank you very much
