Hello I need answers I misplaced my card I called customer service to have them issue me a new one I spoke to 3 different Representatives since Saturday in order to send over verification documents I have sent my birth certificate my social my driver's license a copy of my lease and a utility bill yet they still will not release my car to me I get paid on Thursday therefore I need my card in order to pay bills and take care of my kids however every time I speak with somebody it seems that there is a new process that needs to be completed in order for my car to be sent to me! I have literally provided them with everything I have to prove where I live and who I am yet I still have yet no agent will request a card copy. I'm seriously considering suing your copy should my card not be issued ASAP!
