RushCard - I suggest you all join me in filing a Class Action Lawsuit
I too have not been able to access my money due to their "technology glitch" and Russell Simmons lied saying "you will get your money on your actual payday but not 2 days early", my actual payday came and still no access. They will not even let you speak to a rep when you call, I did get a rep early this morning after waiting on hold for 55 minutes to be told someone would call me back in 3 hours, yeah that never happened.
Everyone affected keep track of late fees, missed work due to no gas, and fees that have happened because of this because legally they have to pay you back. I work for 4 attorneys and I will update this on Monday October 19th after I get the lawsuit going.
Reason of review: Freezing my funds.
Monetary Loss: $515.
Preferred solution: Give me my money and pay back our fees, my cell is off because of this so because of you I can only get emails.

Today is 1/8 and my payroll deposit was due on 1/5 and still NOTHING! My WHOLE PAYROLL check for rent, food, EVERYTHING depends on that check!!!!!!

I had a large deposit to come in, the requested docs, I sent it and they still will not release my money. We need to do a class action law suit.

I also have been locked out of my account for four days and can speech to a representative concerning these issues as far as I'm concern at this point they have stolen my money... And I can recover it due to glitches.. Web sigh

I been trying to contact them 4days now smh
I have been calling customer service for almost 2 weeks now for a replacement on lost card. No answer but every other bank customer service is answering via working from home due to pandemic.
I have tried to wire my funds so we could at least have some cash for bills and food for our family but that didn't work. I did manage to pause the account. This is really scary not having access to your own funds at this time or being able to reach customer service.

I would join you in the lawsuit I lost my card and I am having the biggest problem for them to replace my card I have sent id ssc check stubs and still they will not replace my card I have over $2000 on that card may not be much to them but that is my money for bills and to take care of my family please let me know what to do ?

I had posted something here about a year ago and was hoping for something to come of it. Instead I am doing what most people are forced to do which is nothing.
The folks over at rushcard are just bad people in general. I think one of their employees posted here actually
They are the most rude individual never seen customer service like this been a customer since 2013 and they cart even help when recently my identity was stolen I will be switching to another bank I can trust with my money I recommend everyone else do the same.
