I have been a customer for almost 10 years, 2 days ago they wiped my account down to $0 due to a levy, they sent me no notification what so ever and I am now unable to pay my rent or my bills, customer service is no help and has broken English. These people are pathetic.

How can they not notify me beforehand or send me any notification at all.

Is this even legal to wipe out someone's account and not even tell them what is going to happen to you? I am disgusted and so upset that they allowed this to happen because had I been given notification I them could have taken action before they wiped my account.
