Even after confirming with the merchant that my transaction is cancelled, they are still holding on to my funds, everyone has different answers and no one is on the same page.After 7 days of waiting , there has been no resolution but to provide me with an extended timeframe.
I have never heard of holding on to someone funds for 35 days after clearly clarifying that the funds can be released. This company sucks in a major way.
The management and reps are all rude arrogant people who only talks over you or repeatedly say Im sorry there is nothing we can do.You are the bank and you see the transaction cancelled, stop holding on to money that isnt yours..
