I have been a valid customer since 2012 I'm waiting on a pending transaction for the last week and a half every time that I call I speak to a supervisor every supervisor that I speak to gives me a different answer I'm not happy I'm not satisfied and I'm not going to use these Services anymore once I receive my money it's too much back and forth they never have the answers for you they tell you to call back in a couple of hours they tell you your money would be posted in a couple of hours but then they tell you once or two business days it's a pending transaction that was never supposed to be pending at all on my account it's a prepaid debit card I'm really upset and I will not recommend RushCard to anyone anymore because I have in the future all I'm asking for is for my money
