RushCard - Going through something that's they fault
I called and set up direct deposit for my disabled son SSA funds i called rush card on the 30th of july informing them that i had never recieved my card and he informed me that nothing was posted to the account and that i can get a replacement card for 2999 and that it would makr it in 1-2 days cause it was gone be express shipping and he told the truth it came on August 2 but as i activated the card there was no funds in my account so i speak with a rush card rep NOW all of a sudden my funds had been posted since july 26 Now i gotta go through disputing charges that i know nothing about didnt know no card number number are nothing about nothing but wheres my baby funds i followed the dispute steps like i was asked to do but i feel nothings being done my bills are due and my children have to start school August 9 and i aint got Nothing My only income and i gotta wait on 10-20 days for a credit that they say i was approved for this is my money that i need asap

I also can not get ahold of a customer service agent and i can not log into my account and my card is not working anywhere so disappointing closing my account next Monday after i get my money
I can not retrieve any account information. They say they can not find me in the system and i get my direct deposit TODAY!!!!
