On Jan 13th I spoke wit a so call supervisor E205**** Jay who stated that due to terms and conditions changing even though the ATM did not prompt a fee that they have the right to charge a fee on my account not once but twice. Due to them capping off the amount I can withdrawal from an ATM which is my money.

She and Chloe left me on hold for a total time of entire conversation for 28 mins 54 seconds only to say they can not reverse fee even though they can clearly see that I have never gotten a fee on my account since the relationship started in 2012 no way I would pay to remove my own money. Not sure if they are attempting to collect additional funds due to Russell needing funds to pay off his accuser but however I don't feel I should have to foot the bill.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $5.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
