I normally get my direct deposit on Tuesday as well. Just spent the last 2 days on hold.

I have not been able to use my rush card since the "update on Monday' we were told in the text that it would be about 5 hours that we could not use our card Monday. will its now Wedensday morning still can not usre my card. Took my 48 hours to get a hold of a customer service rep. I spent a total of 12 hrs on hold an dhave the phone records to prove it.

The only thing the rude customer service rep told me after spending 4 1/2 hours to speak with someone is that "they can not access any of there tools right now and there techs hope to have the problem fix in a day or so".

What are you kiddy me I have money but no way of accessing it and when my direct deposit finally goes through I can not access this either. My husband has a rush card as well so when his direct deposit goes through he will not be able to use it either. So we told the rep we have no food, no gas, bills due and no way of accessing our money. We were told that there is nothing they can do and we have to be patient.

Are you kidding me how and I am suppose to live without being able to access my money it's not like I have no money I told her you are holding my money hostage and legally there has to be something I can do. There is now way they can have it so you have no access to your funds. Its not like you can go to a branch and take out your money. How are they able to do updates that can affect there system like this.The rep so rude like she did not care at all that I have no money no gas no food.

The only reason why I have the rush card is to get my direct deposit sooner however now all I want to do is get my money and close the card. I can not bank with a company where It takes over 48 hours to get a hold of someone to be told that I can not access my money and they do not know for how long and I must be patient I want a manger to contact me from Rush card because I want a better answer then " to be patient"

Reason of review: Can not access any of money and Rush card rep was rude after taking 48 hours to finally get ahold of someone.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

wow i cannot believe everyone is having this issue. I was told an update was being done and my money would be back on my card.

WEll Lord behold, its not and now my balance is a zero with 2 transactions from a different state. Rush card told me they couldn't help me because it is pending.

I work for my money and this is not fair.

you can go to a bank to get you funds, if a balance was there prior to the updates, its called a cash advance. some banks charge $3-10, i know first hand TD bank charges $0

Cynthia Francis thank God I looked on the Internet because I can't get no customer service on the phone with this rush card I have been a loyal customer since 2010 now I have to not answer phones for my bill collectors when they call for their money pissed off!!!!!!

They are very rude. Customer service told me I may not get my money till next week.

I'm closing rush card after I get my money.

And now here we are on Wednesday night...soon to be Thursday and we are all still having our money held hostage, Our cable and internet will be shut off soon.. Wonder if Rush is going to pay the extra fees I will have to pay to get it turned back on ?!?

So glad I found this!!! I was supposed to get my money yesterday evening and didn't.

Been calling them emailing them and trying to get answers on the website, all to no avail. Can't wait until u get my money so I can close this card for good! Never had an issue with rushcard until now, and it's a big deal enough for me to stop doing business with them forever!!

Don't play with people's money. Bills and kids don't want to hear "I can't access my funds" smdh never again...

you got that right, this is complete BS! All my bills are due, I have no food in my house, among other things, and have FOUR kids I have to worry about.

The worst part is no one being available to tell me where my 2k is!!!!!

Im with you on closing it out. Soon as I can access again I am done.
