Rushcard - Dissappointed/ angry
I have tried over many times to reach a live person to dispute a transaction of mine that money was taken without my authorization.I simply want to know who did it and how can I fix this.
I am so disgusted that u would not have a way for me to call and speak to a live person and not that automated voice. I would like the truth of how to speak with customer service to resolve this. If not...I will have to change to another company. This is ridiculous.
I have tried 10 different ways and toll free numbers to call. I would rather you give me a number to call directly that isn't toll free.
also I need a bank statement for the month before and this one please.Waiting
