I live in Philadelphia and had a purchase made in TX. I disputed the transaction which calling after 1 week it still took them an additional week to enter the info correctly.
Total of 4 weeks before my funds were returned. I sent them my timesheet, a letter from my supervisor and an affidavit. 2 months they took the money back and stated the signatures were verified but they cannot provide me the information or the statement which was signed. Every time I call they refuse to transfer me to the Dispute Team cause they are not allowed.
I do not recommend them to anyone.
Financial companies who do not take their consumers finances seriously is a no go for me. Take my advice save your headaches don't use them.
