Provided account # from my Rush Card bank app on November 29 2017 after waiting for deposit I called Company 12/05/2017 to see what was happening with deposit the rep and I called Rushcard rep which was evasive and rude. Lucky for me the rep was on the line give her tracking # that was signed by Rushcard, give her my acct at that time she said the acct # was incorrect I explained that was acct # on my app rep asked her on many digits was on account # the problem the last three digits didn't appear on the app.

Rep told her the funds needed to be send back to his company correct the account # and reissue the funds as of today Friday 12/15/2017 Rushcard still have not responded several calls to them no answers.

unable to look at my account. Can anyone advise me
