THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER TO GET A PREPAID CARD FROM.I SIGNED UP FOR DIRECT DEPOSIT AND WHEN MY DIRECT DEPOSIT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE IN MY ACCOUNT IT WAS NOT.

WHEN I FINALLY GO THROUGH BECAUSE I HAD TO GO THROUGH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER I HAD TO ACT LIKE I GOT A NEW CARD. ONCE I DID THAT I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO SPEAK WITH A LIVE PERSON. WHO TOLD ME THAT THEY SENT MY DIRECT DEPOSIT BACK TO MY JOB BECAUSE MY MONEY CAME THROUGH WITH MY NAME (FIRST MIDDLE AND LAST).

THEY ONLY HAVE MY FIRST AND LAST NAME BUT NOT ONCE DID THEY CALL TO LET ME KNOW SEND A EMAIL OR ANYTHING.DO NOT I REPEAT GO THROUGH RUSHCARD.

This is the WORST card company to deal with. Customer service is HORRIBLE.
