In July of this year 2017, my card was compromised in the amount of 142.00, well I immediately called RUSHCARD Member Services to report this, since I live in Florida and the charges were made in California. I filled out the necessary paperwork (DISPUTE FORM), they told me they would look into it.

well they did and they pretty much called me a LIAR and that they did not find anything wrong with the charges that I was disputing. I have been trying to get something in writing where they have denied my complaint and was told by some none ENGLISH speaking *** that they cannot give me a letter and that he cannot get in touch with his own DISPUTE department. These people need to be STOPPED. RUSSELL SIMMONS, I truly hope that you will read this and make it right.

there are so many people that use this card as their only banking institution and they are loosing money. RUSH CARD SUCKS!!!
