RushCard - CANCELLING ACCOUNT
I have been a customer since 2012. I was supposed to receive Direct Deposit 10/15 @ 7am, still have not received it.
Hoping to actually receive my money soon and when I do, I am cancelling my card. I will not deal with this low budget *** I got this card when I was younger and needed something prepaid. Now that I have other bank accounts I will close this and never look back. I am not even getting my direct deposits any earlier.
I use to get them two days before anyone else and now I am receiving deposits the same day. Rushcard has disappointed me way tooo many times and I am over this.
has anyone else received their money yet? I have a feeling it is in another country already.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $500.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
RushCard Cons: Hold your hard earned money hostage, Outcome, Extremely long hold time, Delay on direct deposit, Unable to get through and speak with agent.

Who cares whos outage it is. We need our money..we have bills who the *** is going to pay our late fees?
If I don't get my money I am going to take legal action.
This is ridiculous.. We all have bills and responsibilities.

Hi Everyone it's not rushcard the Metabank network have a outage and they are working to resolve it Netspend customers are experiencing the same thing it's Metabank they have a outage I have called Metabank myself to verify 186******** here the bank number I didn't get my money either and some of my Coworkers too didn't get there money
I've been getting my direct deposit every Monday night for a whole year at 9:45pm when my jobs payday isn't until Wednesday! On one of the busiest days of the year for me they are not holding or have lost my money as well as some other co-workers!
This is not the first time RushCard has held my funds! I wish there was someone who could take this punch to the face that I'm ready to give out! I was told about Chime.com. they do two day early service with mobile banking and $50 referral signups fee for you and the person whom referred you.
Plus anyone you refer in the future!
This is terrible and nobody will explain anything to us, not even a God damn email. While they sit behind their keyboards waiting to go home!
Same here waiting since Oct 15th. I have been a customer since 2003. I'm done with them.
