RushCard - CALL 646-679-**** Long Hold BUT LIVE REP
I found this number in a previous post and called and go a live person. I held for about 20 minutes but finally a gentlemen answered.
They are sooo apologetic but APOLOGIES don't PAY BILLS. I was assured funds would be restored within 24 hours (YEAH RIGHT, HEARD THAT) I told him If not I would be calling back tomorrow.
I have cancelled my direct deposit with my employer and set up a new Pre-Paid card a more reputable company. It was too late to stop it from going in this week but going forward NO MORE RUSH, I haven't liked Russ Simmons since Run DMC anywho's.
Reason of review: LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

RushCard customer service is HORRIBLE
Rush card customer service is beyond terrible I have never seen anything like it in my life changing card companies
I need to change my phone number that I used when set up my account I do I do that
Rush card has the worst customer service. I can not get my issue resolved on their online chat so I can NOT retrieve my money on the card and they literally tell you Iโm sorry canโt help you at the phone number.
I donโt even know why we keep doing business with RushCard. They are Horrible!!!
To get a representative let the menu play twice n it will give u the opinion to press 0
This RushCard is full of s***you have to pay $9.95 for activation fee plus $7.95 every month to use your own money what kind of *** is this I will not be using this car and I do not recommend anybody else so if anybody ask me I'm going to tell him no no no no no
I want my money rush card you are taking my money I want someone to look into this company they are frauds

Garbage customer service
This card is only good for cashing a check on ur phone. I payed my power n my internet internet was shut off n powers about to get shut off tomarrow I also payed my dish bill that one didn't get shut off but none of these show on the transaction history whhy
