Rushcard - I never received my new card. My old one had expired. It is very inconvenient

Rushcard - Pissed

My Direct Deposit haven’t hit, but everyone else from my job who has a prepaid card have hit. I thought it could be mine haven’t hit my account yet. After two hours passed I decided to call customer services. The lady answered with a horrible attitude saying that the system was down please call back in 1-2 hrs. So I asked is that why my check hasn’t hit, she says call back in 1-2hrs. This is not the first time this happened in I’m super pissed. I’m canceling my card tomorrow after I take all my money off, and going to a bank. This is ridiculous after 5years being with *** *** RushCard!
