Never received my money
Rush Card continues to ignore my request on my money that was going direct deposit I have emailed state of Florida identification and my social security card number to them

The customer service did not accommodate my needs/services.
I called for regards of my refund from the disputes that the hotel has overcharge my rush card. I filed a disputes in May 2023, then I got a letter that Rushcard found that hotel did overcharge my card so the Rushcard are refunding my money.
Since the card is no longer in use, they closed Rushcard. They will send the refund 45 days from June 28th, 2023. Now it is August 21st, it has been past 45 days so i called the customer service several times, the customer service answered and asked me my information, then say nothing every single times. They hang up on me.
I am getting frustrated and angry for withheld my refund/money that being owed to me. This is so unbelievable.
