Initially i lost.my card. Rush card.sent me a replacement card "expedited" of course due to my families homelessness.

Threeweeks later no card. Everytime.i call.to check the status im assured tha theres.a.resolution im a rep will return my call. Ever cent i have from our renters.insurance payout was deposited.electronically into.that account. We had only two things remaining aside.from our.one yr old and.four year old.

My wifes job and our mini van. I had cosen to close the account 1.5 months.later and.again heres the same old bullcrap they have been providing since.day one....

Excuses excuses excuses. We are totally screwed and hoped nobody else blindly trusts these gold.digging sons of b"

Ya think the person who found the card before you ordered the replacement may have taken the funds? More info would be appreciated.
