I had just activated my card the last day of Nov. then charged the montly Fee for that month, on top of a one time activation Fee, including a monthly Fee for Dec.! The total cost was as shown in attached photo! This is an outrageous fashion of Fees!

I lost my card. I've sent documents 3xs already and i still don't have my card. My rent and car note are due plus i need groceries but after a week they are still asking for more documents.

Would never recommend these guys you have no way to talk to them to know what's going on ,everything's is automatic response, I lost my card have been trying to get my replacement for a month now I have two checks on there I can't touch so now I have to call my job to have them stop payment to that card An find another way An still be out of two paychecks , can't pay my bills An going to be kicked out because of these guys it's been literally a... I'm on disability my card was stolen I can't report it stolen I can't talk to anyone I can't get a new card sent all I was able to do was use an automated email to cancel my card which took 12 hours to actually get done I don't know where to turn I can't access my money I can't call anyone I can't do anything I'm on a direct deposit account I can't access the email account I can't access my account I'm blocked out totally I've been blackballed... Can not spend $8.00 over the phone. Have $14.00 on rush card account. Why? Will I be able to activate my money because it direct deposit?

You. Advertise that you can get your paycheck up to days fasteryour retirement check up to two days faster and it hasn't happened yet.my retirement check should be in my account rigth now .I can't get no funds now.
