Had a dispute over 600$. Company broke there contract and took our money. Sent rushcard all the documents showing this exactly. And that the company even tried to give us a free month of service for breaking there contract. Rush card took 3 months to look into it. I experience the worst from you all. Place my card on due to I misplaced it and now I have it. Everytime I put my account #, social security #, and etc. Saying not valid account, please activate..want do either rdom06@yahoo.com

I would not refer anyone to use this card I have had nothing but problems. There customer service is a lie. There so called 24/7 customer service consist of a automated system with limit options. I am reporting them to better business bureau. I would strongly advise not to go with a visa rush card total scam!!!!

I have been with this company since 2008, On August 30 I took a cash advance of $825 @ a bank. On sept 9 I got my direct deposit and rushcard minused - $825. Saying the bank charged me 2x in 2.5 hrs. Ive been to the bank the day only one time was charged. HOW THE *** DO U OVER DRAW $825 ON A PREPAID CARD??? CLEARLY RUSHCARD MISTAKE!!! I need customers service and have no way of speaking to them. This is very important to me, im trusting you with my money...i need a legit no. This sucks....

I have been with rush card for 4 years and as of 9/22/16 I am very very dissatisfied! My employer posted my payment to my account but rush card has no clue where my money is this is unacceptable as soon as I get my funds I will be cancelling both cards I have with them immediately and I suggest everyone else do not do business with them! These no point in them having access to my money without giving my information about my money!!! Read more

SIMPLY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. YOU DONT RECEIVE YOUR MONEY IN TWO DAY ADVANCE ANYMORE IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO SPEAK WITH A LIVE AGENT. ALSO ONCE I DID GET THROUGH AND ASK TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR I ASKED FOR CORPORATE EMAIL AND TELEPHONE TO FILE A COMPLAINT AND THE SUPERVISOR WOULD NOT GIVE THE INFORMATION TO ME.
